  Can I simply say what a comfort to discover someone that really understands what they are talking about on the web. You actually know how to bring a problem to light and make it important.   First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Kudos!
